Roel Krabbendam, RA LEED AP M.Ed
Roel Krabbendam is a registered architect focused on K12 education. Developer of the Educational Ecosystem, he is focused on systems that efficiently transform legacy schools into powerful and engaging learning environments that inspire teachers and students alike. His Participatory Design Workshops organize and inspire school districts to re-imagine their own schools, often without extensive and expensive renovations. He has worked all over the world, including the Sahara Desert of Algeria, the Himalayan foothills of Bhutan, and the Amazon Jungle of Peru.

Polly Dithmer, MA, IIDA, LEED AP
Polly Dithmer was raised in Brazil and Costa Rica, bringing a broad, international perspective to her life and work . An accomplished artist, interior designer and empowerment coach, Polly has a bachelors of fine art degree (BFA) and a masters degree in psychology (MA). Her focus is on people as much as it is on space, working to understand what unleashes the potential latent in every individual. Polly was Design Director at Gensler and Principal at HOK, Inc., both internationally recognized architectural firms. She is most recently the founder of La Luz Circles and La Luz Consulting Practice, both initiatives designed to explore individual psychology in both a personal context and a workplace setting.
